In DRAM spot market today, the lasting weak demand causes some suppliers start to reducing their quotations to stimulate buying momentum. Hence, the overall price drops obviously. However the transaction volume increases owing to some buyers are willing to purchase goods at lower prices. In mainstream brands, the quotation of DDR3 256*8/1333 slide to USD0.93, for the price of DDR3 128*8/1333, it stays at USD0.70 and for DDR2 128M*8/800, the average price is around USD1.34. Moreover, in eTT parts, the price of DDR3 256*8/1333 stood roughly at USD0.89, the average price of DDR3 128 *8/1333 is approximately at USD0.59, and for DDR2 128M*8/800, the quotation adjusts downward to USD1.26. For NAND Flash spot market, the prices of GAG-D climbs rapidly on the early day trading, but buyers are also unwilling to chase higher prices. Thus, the demand trends slowdown in the afternoon. The overall price keeps downtrend eventually with weak transaction status. As for Flash Card, suppliers are actively to lower their quotations. The inquiries are concentrated in TF4G, but buyers' target prices are much lower than market quotations. Accordingly, the transaction status is not active. As for Hynix 1Gb / 2Gb / 4Gb(SLC) / 4Gb (MLC) / 8Gb(MLC) / 16Gb(MLC) / 32Gb(MLC) / 64Gb(MLC), the prices are around USD1.38~1.43/ 1.9~1.96/ 2.98~3.06 / 2.3~2.4/3.33~3.48/ 2.52~2.58/ 2.55~3.43/4.05~4.1.
